We understand that Group Home operators have taken on a noble task with huge responsibilities in caring for vulnerable adults in our communities. Our goal is to improve the health of those residents and strengthen communications betweenthe residents and their Primary Providers. We will follow your residents in all health care settings, to be accessible 24 hours a day, and to maintain excellent health record documentation.
